We partnered with Burberry as they were midway through a global Finance Transformation programme. Burberry required programme management support with a portfolio of projects across P2P and OTC, across their SAP S4HANA landscape. We worked alongside the programme team and BPO's to create a global delivery plan to deliver a number of projects end to end, including Ariba SLP, Ariba S2C optimisation, Opentext VIM and BCC optimisation, SAP FSCM reconfiguration, Implementation of P Cards with integration to SAP Concur. We also supported them with the sourcing, selection and planning process for a cash and credit management tool.
